Enterprise lends to:

• businesses owned by minorities,
• businesses owned by women and,
  
• businesses owned by immigrants;
  
• homeowners with a failing septic system in Jefferson, Kitsap, Mason or Pacific counties of WA,
• American Indian tribes and their members,
• child care businesses,
• businesses in rural and urban areas that deliver economic, social and/or environmental benefits to local communities and the larger region,
• businesses dependent on natural resources,
• businesses employing sustainable "green" building practice,
• businesses that create family wage jobs in low-income communities,
• and private businesses organized as sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations or non-profit organizations.
